2009 Grateful Dead Tour

The Grateful Dead are going on tour this summer and I am totally stoked. I am trying to get Becky to let us go. They are playing in Mountain View California on May 10th and 14th and I am trying to talk Becky into going to her Aunt Rebecca's in San Francisco for a couple days and going to the show. I do realize that Jerry isn't there, for those of you who keep telling me that it isn't the same but I didn't have the opportunity to go while he was alive. For me the experience of seeing the Grateful Dead in concert would be amazing in its own right without Jerry. I am not sure that I could handle it with him.

Hey, what happened to Garth Brooks and all those country singers I use to make you listen to?

Vip said...

Yeah that didn't really pan out. I don't mind country but it isn't my favorite. Maybe it is because you made me listen to it. Regardless the Grateful Dead are one of the biggest bands of all time. So it would just be cool to say you saw them and I love there music.

So why aren't you trying to see them when they come to the Gorge? Millie

And when do we start reading?

I would love to see them at the Gorge but Becky doesn't want to camp out there and I don't know what is all out there to know where we could stay. Also I would like to start reading, I only got a couple of responses about reading but I could do another post and see who was interested again and when we should start.
